Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refund Policies:

  1. If the service provided by our experts is problematic and you wish to cancel the subscription then you will get in-touch with our customer care within 48 hours of delivery (Customer Care Number/email are getting to be provided).
  2. Refunds are getting to be made:
    • Within 14 working days from the date of receipt of cancellation of the service if the service is already started.
    • Within 14 working days from the date of cancellation of the service if the service has not yet started.
  3. There will be no refund if the customer provides wrong information or half information to the customers care service provider.
  4. The user need to bear the cost of return in case of any problem. (Unless the service received is problematic)

Cancellation Policies:

  1. If you've to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order. It’s impossible to cancel a neighborhood of your order. We recommend you cancel the entire service and re-purchase required quantity to simplify the transaction.
  2. All cancellations are subject to a cancellation charge/bank transaction charge of 2.5% of your total service value.
  3. There are circumstances when the company may have to cancel a selected order.
  4. If a service is to be canceled in any case the procedure, the individual return policy of the vendor applies.
